Job summary

Monetize.com is seeking a publisher business development specialist to lead new publisher partnerships from initial outreach through negotiation, signing, and launch coordination. You will target publishers with shopping, product review, and deal-focused content to connect reader intent with monetization opportunities, and you will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven experience personally acquiring publisher partners and closing publisher or supply agreements.
• Experience in advertiser sales or SaaS alone does not meet the requirement.
• Understand how product research and shopping intent translate into publisher monetization opportunities.
• Have commercial judgment on CPC, CPA, revenue share, and related models.
• Ability to discuss tracking, reporting, placement requirements, and integration with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Build and prioritize a prospect list of shopping, product review, comparison, deals, and other commerce publishers.
• Identify decision-makers, develop outreach, qualify opportunities, and lead discovery conversations to capture goals.
• Evaluate content categories, audience intent, traffic sources, inventory control, and performance data to advise on partnerships.
• Present a clear business case, handle objections, and negotiate favorable terms for both publisher and Monetize.com.
• Own the closing process, coordinate with internal teams, and define launch requirements with publishers.
• Maintain an accurate pipeline and forecast, documenting decisions and next steps.
