Job summary

impact.com is hiring a Publisher Business Development Manager to own the commercial relationship with publishers for Spot. You will evangelize monetization, shape opportunities end-to-end, and coach on implementation to maximize yield and performance across partner types.

You’ll lead from pitch to live supply, supported by a dedicated team, and collaborate with demand and engineering to scale deals and measure impressions, GTV growth, and ROI.

Qualifications

• Publisher-side experience in selling to publishers or SSPs.
• Ability to convert warm leads into live supply and deals.
• Strong understanding of ad tech terms and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own Spot publisher adoption from warm leads to launch, targeting large and smaller publishers.
• Shape opportunities by mocks of ad units, forecast yields, and tailor propositions.
• Speak the technical language on ad tags, third-party placements, JSON responses, and APIs.
• Coach publishers on viewability, ad load, frequency, share of voice, placement, format and UX.
• Advise on design and placement to maximize yield while keeping units native.
• Collaborate with publisher development, product and engineering teams to push deals through implementation.
• Expand Spot into UK, Canada, Australia as the role grows.
