Job summary

impact.com is seeking a Publisher Business Development Manager for Spot Commerce Media in New York. You will own the commercial relationship with publishers, evangelize Spot monetization, and drive end-to-end opportunities from first interest to live deployment.

You will coordinate with an implementation/tech team, shape proposals, forecast yield, and deliver pitches to large publisher groups. You thrive in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment and bring proven publisher-side experience

Qualifications

• Publisher-facing role with commercial pressures and ability to sell propositions.
• Ability to convert warm leads to live supply across publisher ecosystems.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize data into a point of view for publishers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to pitch to large publisher groups.

Responsibilities

• Own Spot publisher adoption from warm leads to launch.
• Shape new opportunities by mocks of ad units and yield forecasts.
• Explain ad tags, JSON responses, and API integrations to partners.
• Coach on viewability, ad load, frequency, and UX for quality performance.
• Advise on design and placement to maximize yield while staying native.
• Collaborate with publisher development, product, and engineering to push deals to implementation.
• Help expand Spot into UK, Canada, Australia as the role grows.
