Job summary

IronMountain Solutions is looking for a Customer Service Representative for the DHS ICE HSI Tip Line, fully remote but needs to be within one hour of the PIV office. In this role, you will manage calls and gather information related to suspicious activity. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of call center experience, excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to work independently.

This position requires strong verbal and written communication, analytical skills, and experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. You will also prepare reports and follow established procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a call center.
• Experience resolving complex stakeholder or customer issues.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
