Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of senior leadership experience in government.
• Strong peer network and relationship-building with municipal/state leaders.
• Proven ability to influence decision-making at senior levels.
• Willingness to travel regionally (25–35%).

Responsibilities

• Build confidence in NEOGOV’s solutions among peers (HR leadership, city/county managers, labor relations, finance).
• Represent NEOGOV at industry events and gather customer feedback for sales/marketing/product strategies.
• Secure executive-level conversations and set meetings with key staff.
• Partner with sales teams to clarify objectives and align stakeholders on paths forward.
• Advise on fit, readiness, and how our systems meet agency realities.
• Provide concise input for briefings and workshops; contribute to RFP responses.
• Write debriefs and talking points to scale successful approaches.
