Job summary

Gartner, Inc. is seeking an Executive Partner to guide State and Local Government clients through digital transformation and IT strategy. You will leverage Gartner capabilities and industry insights to help members execute on prioritized initiatives and drive value for CIOs and senior leaders.

You'll build trust, present innovative solutions, and collaborate with Gartner's Sales team to ensure ongoing engagement and renewal of ExP services. Remote-friendly with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Consulting or CXO/CIO background with 15+ years in technology leadership.
• Proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and transform IT programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25+ Executive Partners within SLG organizations.
• Understand member priorities and help solve using Gartner capabilities.
• Challenge members with innovative approaches and provide external perspective.
• Define and deliver customized service plans aligned to priorities.
• Conduct briefings, strategy sessions, and workshops both virtual and onsite.
• Collaborate with Gartner Sales to ensure member engagement and renewals.
• Present or facilitate at local Executive Partner events.
