Frontier Design, headquartered in Alexandria, VA, is seeking a growth-oriented advisor (consultant) to join an embedded executive and operational support role with senior‑level U.S. government clients.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of relevant experience supporting executive leadership, coordinating complex operations, or federal/public-sector experience. Strong communication, judgment, and a curious, growth‑minded mindset are essential for success and advancement within Frontier.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 2–5 years of relevant experience supporting executive leadership, coordinating complex operations, or in federal/public-sector environments
• Ability to embrace positivity and joy in the work environment
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or equivalent background investigation clearance

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting logistics.
• Organize and prepare materials for leadership meetings, agendas, briefings, and presentations.
• Conduct light research and coordination to support leadership decision-making and planning.
• Support travel coordination, document management, and other administrative processes as needed.
• Track and monitor leadership priorities, action items, and deliverables to ensure alignment and timely follow-through.
