CAI is looking for an Executive Director, Service Delivery - Public Sector to lead overall delivery for State and Local Government accounts nationwide. This full-time, remote role focuses on delivering high-quality services and building strong client relationships.

The position requires 25-30% travel, supports vertical sales and business development, and oversees end-to-end delivery across multiple engagements with SLA-based management and strategic guidance.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 5-7+ years of IT Account Manager, Technical sales or Technical Delivery in a public sector environment.
• Experience with direct oversight and/or delivery of large public sector initiatives.
• Experience with public sector procurement: RFP cycles, cooperative contracts, and SLA-based managed services.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; ability to influence others.

• Lead the Delivery organization to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
• Own end-to-end day-to-day delivery execution across all accounts and services within the vertical.
• Identify and execute expansion and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.
• Provide strategic advice to customer stakeholders and senior consulting on key projects.
• Oversee and execute assessments and engagement transitions.
• Provide project scoping support and SOW creation.
