Job summary

CAI is seeking an Executive Director, Service Delivery - Public Sector to lead delivery excellence for State and Local government accounts nationwide. This full-time, remote role requires 25-30% travel and overseeing end-to-end delivery, ensuring quality services and strong client relationships.

You will support vertical sales, advise on RFP responses, and drive strategic delivery across multiple engagements, with a focus on public sector initiatives and excellent customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• RequiresBachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• 5-7+ years in IT account management, technical sales, or delivery in public sector.
• Experience with oversight of large public sector initiatives.
• Familiarity with public sector procurement processes (RFPs, contracts, SLAs).
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Delivery organization to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
• Own end-to-end delivery across all accounts and services in the vertical.
• Identify expansion and renewal opportunities within existing accounts.
• Provide strategic advice to customer stakeholders and senior consulting on key projects.
• Support vertical sales, business development, and new customer relationships at national level.
• Coordinate assessments and engagement transitions and serve as escalation point.
