Job summary

CAI seeks an Executive Director, Service Delivery - Public Sector to lead delivery for State and Local Government accounts nationwide. This full‑time, remote role requires 25–30% travel to support client engagements and industry events.

You will oversee delivery performance, shape RFP responses, and partner with sales to grow strategic accounts while building strong relationships with government stakeholders. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT or related field preferred.
• 5–7+ years in IT account management, technical sales or delivery in public sector.
• Direct oversight of large public sector initiatives.
• Experience with public sector procurement, RFP cycles and SLAs.
• Strong ability to manage expectations and relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery organization to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Own end-to-end delivery across accounts and services in the vertical.
• Provide strategic advice to customer stakeholders and senior consulting.
• Support sales with proposals, briefs and customer calls.
• Coordinate assessments, transitions and escalation handling.
