Job summary

CAI seeks an Executive Director, Service Delivery - Public Sector to lead delivery and quality across State and Local Government programs nationwide. This remote, full-time role requires driving performance and customer satisfaction while enabling growth and strategic client engagements.

You will shape delivery strategy, oversee projects, and collaborate with sales to pursue new opportunities. Willingness to travel 25-30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology or related field preferred.
• 5–7+ years of IT Account Manager, Technical sales or Technical Delivery in a public sector environment.
• Experience with public sector procurement: RFP cycles, cooperative contracts, and SLA-based managed services.
• Strong relationship building and customer expectation management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Delivery organization to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.
• Oversee end to end delivery across State and Local Government accounts.
• Support vertical sales, business development and national customer relationships.
• Provide strategic advice to customer stakeholders and senior consulting on key projects.
• Prepare and review RFP responses, proposals, and SOWs.
