Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Customer Success Manager for the Public Sector to build trusted advisor relationships with Tier 2 accounts, understand their business and security goals, and map Trellix solutions to drive value.

You will lead onboarding, adoption, and renewal efforts, collaborate with Sales, R&D, and CS Engineering, and prepare Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate outcomes and time-to-value for government and public sector customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer engagement and account management in Cybersecurity/SaaS.
• Willingness to travel >25% of the time.
• Experience guiding adoption, expansion, and renewals for enterprise clients.
• Strong customer orientation with ability to manage complex projects.
• Explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to align security needs with business value.
• Certifications in cybersecurity are a plus.
• Experience using AI tools to boost productivity.

Responsibilities

• Own Tier 2 account relationships and executive sponsors to understand goals and success metrics.
• Develop customer success plans for onboarding, adoption, and renewal across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales to transition accounts from Pre-Sales to Customer Success and identify expansion opportunities.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to demonstrate progress and value realization.
• Coordinate with Sales, R&D, and CS Engineering to resolve deployment or productivity blockers.
