Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a Customer Service Representative to intake new cases, draft cases in our systems, and coordinate scheduling with physicians. You will respond to inquiries, maintain records, and ensure timely resolutions while upholding regulatory compliance.

You will interact with clients, update on progress, and collaborate with leadership to meet performance metrics in a fast-paced healthcare claims environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; healthcare/insurance experience is a plus.
• Healthcare claims and billing experience is beneficial.
• Conflict resolution and de-escalation skills are valuable.

Responsibilities

• Intake new cases and verify information; draft cases in Dane Street systems.
• Assign/schedule new cases to physicians based on location, availability, and guidelines.
• Monitor, process, and track cases to meet deadlines.
• Update clients on cases in progress and ensure proper documentation.
• Respond to inquiries and maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Adhere to or exceed metrics/goals and comply with regulations.
