Responsibilities

• Receive new cases and verify information; draft cases in the Dane Street system (AccessDS).
• Intake cases with clients and resolve missing information for processing the claim.
• Sort and organize medical documents as required by the client and guidelines.
• Monitor and track cases to meet deadlines.
• Assign and schedule cases to physicians based on location and guidelines; ensure no conflicts of interest.
• Update clients on case progress and request any missing referral information.
• Provide documentation to clients as required.
