Job summary

Dane Street seeks a motivated Customer Service Representative to manage referrals and reviewer scheduling within our network. You will intake cases, enter data into AccessDS, and coordinate with clients and physicians in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants should have strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills, with preference for those with healthcare/claims experience. Work-from-home options are available with required connectivity and equipment considerations.

Qualifications

• Stellar written and verbal communication across phone and email.
• Experience in healthcare/claims environment is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and select reviewers for referrals.
• Intake new cases and enter information into the Dane Street system.
• Monitor and track cases to meet deadlines.
• Assign cases to physicians based on location and guidelines.
• Maintain client communication and provide documentation as required.
