Job summary

Dane Street is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in the United States. You will coordinate scheduling and reviewer selections for referrals within the Dane Street Network, acting as a central point of contact for clients, the technical team, and operations.

This full-time role involves handling new cases, ensuring timely processing, assigning cases to physicians, and maintaining clear client communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role in a business office environment.
• Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Intake new cases and verify information, draft cases in the Dane Street system (AccessDS).
• Sort, organize and create medical document listings as required by the client.
• Monitor and track cases to ensure deadlines are met and assignments are made.
• Assign/schedule cases to physicians based on location, reviewer availability, and client requirements.
• Update clients on cases in progress and ensure proper documentation is provided.
