Teletask seeks aPublic Sector Account Executive to own the revenue motion from inbound inquiries through RFP, award, and renewal. This fully remote role targets government and public health agencies across the United States, with high visibility and autonomy.

You will qualify inquiries, conduct demos tailored to WIC agencies, and drive targeted outbound campaigns to build a robust public-sector pipeline. The position emphasizes strong written communication, proposal development, and end-to-end

Qualifications

• 2–5+ years in B2B sales or account management selling to government or enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated full-cycle ownership from first touch to signature and renewal without an SDR or sales engineer.
• Relationship builder with a track record winning competitive bids and writing RFP responses.

Responsibilities

• Qualify inbound inquiries and assess technical use cases and integration needs for mutual fit.
• Lead 30-minute virtual demonstrations tailored to public-sector prospects.
• Design and execute strategic outbound email campaigns to nurture prospects and build pipeline.
• Draft initial quotes and negotiate features to meet client goals.
• Spearhead RFP/RFR responses and craft compelling narratives.
• Finalize commercial scope and route contracts for signature.
• Coordinate onboarding tickets in Zoho and liaise with Implementation.
• Monitor renewals and upsell opportunities with clients.
