Job summary

Sansio, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently plan and manage multiple concurrent Sansio implementation projects for EMS, fire, and public safety agencies, from kickoff through go-live. You will deliver customer training and ensure on-time, on-budget launches.

Reporting to the Director, Professional Services and Support, you will drive project delivery, manage scope and risks, and collaborate with internal teams across US time zones from a fully remote position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience.
• Ability to manage scope, risks, and budgets across multiple projects.
• Experience delivering software training to customer groups.
• Excellent communication and written skills; comfortable working remotely.
• Knowledge of SaaS/web-based apps and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects.
• Coordinate timelines, tasks, and resources to meet budgets.
• Deliver end-user and admin training, remotely and on-site.
• Provide status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify scope changes and communicate with PS leadership.
• Assist with presales activities and customer references.
