Zusammenfassung

Sansio, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to independently plan and manage multiple Sansio implementation projects for EMS, fire, and public safety agencies from kickoff through go-live. You will deliver customer training and ensure on-time, on-budget launches while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Reports to the Director of Professional Services and Support. This role is remote with travel to customer sites as needed and will require strong communication and program-management

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience.
• Experience delivering software training or presenting to customer groups.
• Proven ability to manage scope, risks, and budgets.
• Excellent communication across stakeholders and teams.

Aufgaben

• Plan and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, coordinating timelines and resources to meet budgets.
• Execute customer implementations following Sansio processes and best practices.
• Deliver end-user and admin training, remotely and on-site.
• Provide regular status reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify scope changes and escalate to PS leadership when needed.
• Support presales, demos, and customer advocacy activities.
