Job summary

Sansio, Inc. seeks a Project Manager to independently plan and manage multiple concurrent Sansio implementation projects for EMS, fire, and public safety agencies from kickoff to go-live.

You will coordinate timelines and resources, ensuring on-time, on-budget launches and deliver customer training. Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience.
• Ability to manage timelines, scope, and stakeholder communication for multiple projects.
• Experience delivering software training to customers.
• Proven track record meeting deadlines across competing priorities.
• Strong customer service or customer relationship management skills.
• Working knowledge of project management and CRM tools.
• Experience with SaaS/web-based applications and integrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple concurrent implementation projects, coordinating timelines, tasks, and resources with internal teams to meet project timelines and budgets.
• Execute customer implementations following Sansio implementation processes and best practice guidelines.
• Deliver end-user and admin training, remotely and on-site.
• Assess and mitigate project risks and issues; provide regular status reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify scope changes and manage customer expectations, escalating to PS leadership when needed.
• Use AI tools to streamline project delivery and training content.
