Job summary

Sansio in the United States is seeking a Project Manager to independently plan and manage multiple concurrent Sansio implementation projects for EMS, fire, and public safety agencies, from kickoff through go-live. Deliver customer training and ensure successful, on-time, on-budget launches.

The role reports to Director, Professional Services and Support. You will work remotely and travel 10%–20% to client sites, collaborating with internal teams to optimize delivery and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience.
• Experience delivering software training and presentations to customers.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, scope, risks and budgets.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple simultaneous Sansio implementations from kickoff to go-live.
• Deliver end-user and admin training, remotely and on-site.
• Coordinate timelines, tasks, and resources with internal teams to meet budgets.
• Assess risks, report status to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify scope changes and manage customer expectations.
