Job summary

Sansio Inc. is seeking a results-oriented Project Manager to independently plan and manage multiple Sansio implementation projects for EMS, fire, and public safety agencies, from kickoff through go-live.

You will deliver customer training and ensure on-time, on-budget launches, reporting to the Director of Professional Services and Support. The role emphasizes coordinating timelines, scope, and resources, using AI tools to streamline delivery, and identifying expansion opportunities during

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management or software implementation experience for multiple concurrent customer projects.
• Experience delivering software training or presenting to customer groups.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, scope, risks, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple concurrent Sansio implementation projects from kickoff to go-live.
• Deliver end-user and admin training, remotely and on-site.
• Provide status reports to customers and internal stakeholders; manage risks and scope changes.
• Support presales and customer advocacy efforts, including scoping, demos, and references.
• Act as backup to other PS&S team members and provide post-implementation support as needed.
