Job summary

NEOGOV is seeking a Public Safety Asset & Inventory Management SME to serve as the embedded operational authority for a new public safety product. You will bring hands‑on experience with equipment lifecycles, inventory, fleet, and facilities to shape requirements and validate workflows from discovery through launch.

In later stages, you will support go‑to‑market activities as the product’s Sales Engineer and Implementation Consultant, offering operational credibility and configuration guidance

Qualifications

• 7–15+ years in public safety operations or asset management.
• Experience with high‑volume inventory and asset lifecycles.
• Familiarity with audits, compliance, and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Act as embedded SME across discovery, design, and build phases.
• Translate asset lifecycles into product requirements and constraints.
• Lead customer interviews, workflows, and usability testing.
• Support go‑to‑market, demos, and customer rollout as Sales Engineer.
