NEOGOV, a leader in GovTech, is hiring a Public Safety Asset & Inventory Management SME to embed in the product team and shape asset lifecycles across Quartermaster, fleet, facilities, and regulated gear. You will translate field workflows into product requirements, validate end-to-end scenarios with public safety personnel, and serve as the primary Sales Engineer during go‑to‑market and implementations.

Qualifications

• 7–15+ years in public safety operations, quartermaster management, logistics, or asset/fleet management within public safety agencies.
• Direct responsibility for or oversight of high-volume equipment intake, inventory tracking, assignment, and accountability.
• Asset maintenance, inspection workflows, or fleet and facility management.
• Expiration tracking, regulated item management, audit trails, or compliance reviews.
• Familiarity with systems used by public safety agencies to manage equipment and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Translate real-world asset lifecycles into clear product requirements and constraints.
• Validate end-to-end scenarios across Quartermasters, fleet/facility managers, supervisors, and field personnel.
• Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering to reflect real-world public safety operations in the tool.
• Lead go-to-market efforts, including demos, configurations, and rollout guidance.
• Provide feedback between customers and the product team to improve the solution.
