Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. seeks a sales professional to support and grow public-safety accounts remotely (Washington State aligned; Seattle area preferred). You will drive sales opportunities, renew contracts, manage relationships, and maintain accurate data entry to meet defined metrics.

The role requires 2–4 years in Public Safety sales/industry (B2B) with a focus on growth, retention, and ethical standards. Strong collaboration and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 2-4 years experience selling in Public Safety (preferred).
• 2-4 years experience in Public Safety industry (preferred).
• 2-4 years track record of B2B sales success (preferred).
• 2-4 years experience in Wireless/Telesales/Technical Sales (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Generate sales opportunities and exceed monthly targets via leads and inquiries.
• Build and maintain customer relationships for up-sell and renewal opportunities.
• Perform accurate data entry, system navigation, and independent analysis.
• Engage in continuous training to maintain product knowledge and quality.
• Meet or exceed productivity and sales goals through performance monitoring.
• Demonstrate professional conduct and support an inclusive team environment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
