The role focuses on client acquisition, engagement, and ongoing program operations across multiple state accounts, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Four years of client and/or account management experience required; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retention and growth strategies for current and new accounts.
• Builds and maintains strong, long-lasting customer relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Oversees portfolios and partners to understand objectives and achieve goals.
• Proactively ensures contractual obligations are fulfilled and issues are resolved.
