Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking an Account Manager, Mid to join our growing team to manage and support multi-agency federal contracts. The role strengthens relationships with the Program Manager, CO, and COR, and ensures deliverables align with contractual statements of work and SLAs.

The position calls for coordinating with operations and cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and delivering regular client updates. Travel 20–25% locally is required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral or mental health field.
• 3+ years of account management experience.
• 2+ years of training experience related to workplace or behavioral health.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with business process analysis and improvements services to federal clients or federal contractors.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with law enforcement and military.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall work performance of assigned contracts.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Forecast pipelines and develop strategic plans to manage and grow client programs.
• Manage multiple projects and client contracts using project management methodologies.
• Identify current and future service requirements by engaging key individuals.
• Possess knowledge of federal business, FAR regulations, procurement, budgeting, and acquisitions.
• Provide product and service functionality training to clients.
• Conduct EAP orientations and health fairs.
• Communicate with clients on updates and requirements.
• Coordinate with operations and interdepartmental teams to meet contract SLAs.
• Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual updates to clients.
