Job summary

Hinge Health is seeking a strategic leader to guide a remote team of physical therapists, shaping the evolution of its telehealth PT organization.

You will manage up to 16 PTs, drive key operational projects in an AI-enabled care model, and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement across the clinical operations. You will align stakeholders, coach talent through changing workflows, and champion data-driven experiments to improve outcomes and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Team management experience with a large, remote clinical team.
• Strong problem-solving and judgment in ambiguous situations.
• Data-driven approach to operational improvement and experimentation.
• Change management to navigate frequent workflow priorities.
• Effective communication with direct reports, leadership, and cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a remote team of up to 16 PTs, including performance management and career development.
• Support the team in meeting service-level agreements, caseload management, and clinical compliance.
• Strengthen digital health efficacy to ensure a best-in-class telehealth experience.
• Lead operational projects using data and qualitative feedback to scale improvements.
• Mobilize and coach the team through ongoing change and stakeholder alignment.
