You will coach, develop leaders, and collaborate with other teams to ensure consistent standards and effective issue resolution across patient care operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Patient Advocacy, Support, or related operations.
• Proven mentorship, leadership, or project management experience.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to set expectations, use data to guide feedback and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of Patient Advocates through performance management and coaching.
• Set clear expectations and use data to guide feedback and drive results.
• Coach underperformers and develop high-potential team members into leaders.
• Partner cross-functionally to voice the Patient Advocacy team's needs.
• Identify systemic issues with proposed solutions to improve workflows and tools.
• Deliver empathetic, effective performance conversations and address trends.
• Shape policies and SOPs across the team and strategy.
• Manage and resolve patient escalations promptly.
