Job summary

Hinge Health is hiring a Senior Manager, Physical Therapy to lead multiple PT teams and ensure high-quality, technology-enabled care at scale. You will translate department strategy into execution plans, allocate resources, and scale operating practices that improve access, capacity, quality, outcomes, and costs.

You will coach PT Managers to deliver consistent results and lead cross-functional programs across Clinical Operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in healthcare management, clinical operations, or a related healthcare operating environment.
• Experience setting operational objectives, managing resources and labor costs, and using metrics to improve quality, outcomes, service, or employee experience.
• Experience partnering across multiple clinical disciplines and driving change without direct authority.
• Experience leading complex organizational change, including adoption of new technology or AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple Physical Therapy teams to deliver technology-enabled care at scale.
• Translate department strategy and OKRs into execution plans, allocate resources, and scale operating practices.
• Coach PT Managers to address performance gaps and deliver predictable results against metrics.
• Lead cross-functional programs and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers.
