Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience leading clinical teams or coordinating daily clinic operations
• LCSW/LMHC licensed in Florida or ability to become licensed in Florida
• Experience with screening for mental health or substance use disorders
• Experience with assessment and treatment planning for common mental health disorders

Responsibilities

• Lead/coordinate 7–10 psychotherapists and supervise clinical projects
• Coordinate onboarding and interviewing of new staff and interns
• Support Clinical Operations to reduce administrative errors and improve patient-facing time
• Co-lead weekly LCSW staff meetings and participate in multidisciplinary teamwork
