Job summary

Mindful Care, Inc. in New York is seeking licensed LMSWs to provide remote psychotherapy in a structured clinical environment. Clinicians will work with a variety of patients while supervision, scheduling, and billing are handled for you.

The role is hybrid: one day in the West Hempstead office and three days remote, with a four-day workweek and no weekend work. Salary ranges from $65,000 to $72,500 and includes comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MSW degree and NY LMSW license required.
• 2+ years or 1000 supervised hours toward LCSW or equivalent.
• Experience providing therapy to adults (18+) outside internships.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and intake.
• Deliver long-term and MicroTherapy sessions.
• Complete timely documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and clinical team members.
• Participate in weekly supervision and team collaboration.
• Support group therapy, intake, or MicroTherapy as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical care.
