You bring an LMSW license in New York, 2 years of supervised clinical experience, and experience with adults. The position offers a 4-day workweek, weekday hours, and a competitive salary between $65,000 and $72,500

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and licensed LMSW in NY.
• At least 2 years or 1000 hours of supervised clinical experience toward LCSW or equivalent.
• Experience delivering therapy to adults 18+ outside internships.
• Experience with individual and group therapy.
• Concurrent documentation experience.
• Familiarity with GAD-7 and PHQ-9.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and intakes.
• Deliver long-form and MicroTherapy sessions.
• Complete documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and clinical team.
• Participate in weekly supervision and team collaboration.
• Support group therapy or MicroTherapy coverage as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and state/federal regulations.
• Practice person-centered and ethical care.
