Mindful Care in West Hempstead, NY is hiring NY-licensed LMSWs to deliver remote psychotherapy in a structured clinical environment. This role offers built-in supervision, scheduling, and billing, enabling you to focus on patient care with a hybrid schedule (1 day in the office, 3 remote) and a 4-day workweek.

The position involves telehealth individual therapy, biopsychosocial assessments, and MicroTherapy sessions, with HIPAA-compliant documentation and weekly supervision to support licensure

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in Social Work and active LMSW license in New York
• At least 2 years or 1000 hours of supervised clinical experience toward LCSW or equivalent
• Experience providing therapy to adults 18 and older
• Experience with both individual and group therapy
• Familiarity with assessments such as GAD-7 and PHQ-9
• Strong organizational skills and comfort managing a structured schedule
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to working with diverse populations and providing inclusive care

Aufgaben

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and intakes as needed
• Deliver both long-term therapy and MicroTherapy sessions
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EHR
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and clinical team members
• Participate in weekly supervision and team collaboration
• Support group therapy, intake, or MicroTherapy coverage as needed
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all state and federal regulations
• Practice a person-centered and ethical approach to care
