Job summary

Mindful Care is hiring New York State Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) to provide remote psychotherapy in a structured, supportive clinical environment. The role includes built-in supervision, scheduling, and billing so clinicians can focus on patient care.

This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule with one day in the Hauppauge office and three days remote, a 9/10-hour daily window, and a strong supervision structure to support licensure growth.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and active LMSW license in New York.
• At least 2 years or 1,000 hours of supervised clinical experience toward LCSW.
• Experience providing therapy to adults 18+ and with both individual and group therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and intakes as needed.
• Deliver both long-term therapy and MicroTherapy sessions.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and clinical team members.
• Participate in weekly supervision and team collaboration.
• Support group therapy, intake, or MicroTherapy coverage as needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all state and federal regulations.
• Practice a person-centered and ethical approach to care.
