Mindful Care, Inc. in Hauppauge, NY is seeking a licensed LMSW to provide remote psychotherapy in a structured clinical environment. The role offers built-in supervision, scheduling, and billing support to allow clinicians to focus on patient care.

The position includes a 4-day workweek with a mix of 10-hour and 9-hour shifts, a hybrid in-office/remote setup, and a competitive salary. Clinicians will work with adults, participate in supervision, and maintain HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work and NY LMSW license.
• Minimum 2 years or 1000 hours supervised clinical experience toward LCSW.
• Experience providing therapy to adults 18+ outside of internships.
• Experience with both individual and group therapy.
• Familiarity with PHQ-9 and GAD-7 assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and intakes as needed.
• Deliver both long-term therapy and MicroTherapy sessions.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and clinical team members.
• Participate in weekly supervision and team collaboration.
• Support group therapy, intake, or MicroTherapy coverage as needed.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and all state and federal regulations.
• Practice a person-centered and ethical approach to care.
