Job summary

Mindful Care is hiring New York State Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) to provide remote psychotherapy in a structured, supportive clinical environment. This role offers a 4-day schedule and 10-hour shifts, with no weekends, and built-in supervision, scheduling, and billing support so you can focus on patient care.

The position emphasizes a consistent workflow, collaboration with a clinical team, HIPAA compliance, and a commitment to inclusive, adult psychotherapy.

Qualifications

• Must have MSW and an active LMSW license in NY.
• 2 years or 1000 hours supervised toward LCSW or equivalent.
• Experience providing therapy to adults 18+ outside of internships.
• Experience with individual and group therapy.
• Experience with concurrent documentation.
• Familiarity with GAD-7 and PHQ-9.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual psychotherapy sessions via telehealth.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and intakes as needed.
• Deliver both long-form therapy and MicroTherapy sessions.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and clinical team members.
• Participate in weekly supervision and team collaboration.
• Support group therapy, intake, or MicroTherapy coverage as needed.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all state and federal regulations.
• Practice a person-centered and ethical approach to care.
