Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or equivalent industry experience required.
• At least five (5) years in the pharmaceutical/health/science industry with 3+ years in pharma preferred.
• Proven leadership, presentation skills, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Adapts selling approach to customer style and behaves well in a matrix environment.
• HCIR credentialing requirements and valid driver’s license are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand strategy and tactics in field, drive sales performance and meet KPIs.
• Deliver sales results and meet financial targets and marketing objectives.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve performance and handle objections.
• Build trusted customer relationships and achieve win-win agreements with customers.
• Develop call plans to optimize coverage and frequency for key accounts.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to align strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and engage experts.
