AbbVie seeks a Specialty Representative in Psychiatry to cover the Brockton/South Shore, MA region. This field-based role focuses on executing brand strategy, building provider relationships, and driving sales while adhering to AbbVie’s code of conduct and all laws.

You will create call plans, educate providers on therapies, and partner with cross-functional teams to maximize access and patient impact. Willingness to travel within the territory is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or related field preferred or equivalent industry experience required.
• Five years of experience in pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred, with three years in sales.
• Strong leadership, presentation, strategic thinking and business acumen required.
• Ability to adapt selling approach to customer style and work in a matrix environment.
• HCIR credentialing and background checks may be required to access facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Execute field-based brand strategy and sales objectives for psychiatry in the Brockton/South Shore area.
• Develop and manage a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities with key accounts.
• Build trusted customer relationships and solve needs to drive short- and long-term performance.
• Navigate objections and drive actions to close calls and win-win agreements.
• Educate health providers on therapies, disease states, and AbbVie’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with brand, medical, and sales leadership; maintain required credentialing.
