AbbVie is seeking a Specialty Representative in Psychiatry for the South Shore Long Island, NY area. This field-based role requires living within a reasonable distance of the primary city, with remote elements and a focus on building relationships with providers and accounts across the territory.

Responsibilities include executing brand strategy, achieving sales KPIs, developing call plans, and maintaining HCIR credentials while delivering patient-centered outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience required
• 5+ years in pharma/health/science with 3+ years in pharmaceutical sales preferred
• Strong scientific, therapeutic knowledge and business acumen
• Ability to meet HCIR credentialing requirements and maintain credentials
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment checks

Responsabilidades

• Execute brand strategy and sales tactics in field to meet KPIs and targets
• Develop pre-call plans and evaluate post-call results to improve performance
• Build trusted relationships with providers and customers to maximize patient access
• Create call plans to optimize coverage and frequency with key accounts
• Share market intelligence to align brand strategy with field teams and management
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and develop disease state experts and speakers
