You will execute brand strategy, manage territory and accounts, build trusted relationships, and place the patient at the center of AbbVie’s sales efforts. The role emphasizes achieving sales KPIs, planning calls, and leveraging market insights to optimize strategy and access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy or business-related field preferred; equivalent industry experience may suffice.
• At least five (5) years of experience in pharmaceutical/health/science industry with 3+ years in sales preferred.
• English language proficiency verbally and in writing.
• Essential HCIR credentialing to gain access to facilities in the territory.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Execute field-based brand strategy and sales tactics; manage territory and targeted accounts.
• Deliver sales performance and meet KPIs and financial targets.
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations to improve sales performance.
• Develop customer relationships and customer needs solving capability.
• Develop call plans to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Share market intelligence with in-field and brand teams to optimize strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition and engage disease state experts.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
