Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist in New Jersey to provide direct psychiatric care with potential leadership responsibilities. Opportunity for hands-on patient care, clinical guidance, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatry with an active license in New Jersey.
• Residency training in Psychiatry completed.
• Strong communication and mentorship abilities.
• Willingness to obtain or maintain multi-state licensure as needed.
• Licensed and located in New Jersey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management sessions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for a range of mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in the EMR.
