Thriveworks is seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist to provide direct psychiatric care with optional leadership and clinical oversight responsibilities. The role balances hands-on patient care with guidance and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct evaluations, manage medications, and develop treatment plans, with EMR documentation and telepsychiatry options. A strong communicator and mentor will thrive in our national hybrid model.

Competenze

• MD/DO in Psychiatry with residency training in Psychiatry.
• Board-certified in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active and unrestricted medical license; multi-state licensure preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and mentorship abilities.
• Experience with telepsychiatry or outpatient settings a plus.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management sessions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care across mood, anxiety, psychotic disorders, ADHD, etc.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, social workers and other clinicians.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation within the EMR system.
