Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist to provide direct psychiatric care with opportunities for leadership and clinical oversight. This role balances hands-on patient care, clinical guidance, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified psychiatry with active license(s) and residency training.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
• Experience with EMR documentation and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management sessions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for a range of conditions.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and social workers.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation within the EMR system.
