Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist to provide direct psychiatric care with opportunities for leadership and clinical oversight. This role supports a nationwide hybrid care model including telepsychiatry, while requiring PA licensure and eligibility for multi-state practice.

You will join a multidisciplinary team focused on evidence-based care and patient outcomes. The position emphasizes team-based care, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional growth,

Qualifications

Medical degree (MD or DO) with psychiatry residency.
ABPN board-certified in Psychiatry.
Active, unrestricted medical license in PA (or willing to obtain multiple-state licenses).
Understanding of NP scope and state regulations.
Strong interpersonal and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for care delivery.
Maintain up-to-date EMR documentation.
