Job summary

Thriveworks is seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist to provide direct psychiatric care with potential leadership and clinical oversight responsibilities. The role offers a balance of hands-on patient care, clinical guidance, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about team-based mental healthcare, evidence-based treatment, and delivering high-quality patient care. Flexible scheduling and telepsychiatry options are available.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) with residency training in Psychiatry.
• Board Certification in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active and unrestricted medical license in multiple states, or willing to get licensed in multiple states.
• Deep understanding of NP scope of practice in psychiatry and relevant state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management sessions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for mood, anxiety, psychotic disorders, ADHD, and more.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and social workers.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation within the EMR system.
