Qualifications

• MD or DO with Psychiatry residency is required.
• Board Certification in Psychiatry (ABPN) is required.
• Active and unrestricted medical license in New Jersey (and willing to obtain multistate licensure).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentorship skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management sessions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for a range of mental health conditions.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and social workers.
• Maintain clinical documentation within the EMR system.
