Thriveworks is seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist to provide direct psychiatric care with opportunities for leadership and clinical oversight. The role combines hands-on patient care, clinical guidance, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

You will conduct evaluations, manage medications, and develop treatment plans while maintaining EMR documentation. Remote options and multi-state licensure support are available.

Competenze

• MD or DO with Psychiatry residency completed.
• Board-certified in Psychiatry (ABPN).
• Active and unrestricted medical license in multiple states or willing to license.
• Understanding of NP scope of practice and state regulations.
• Licensed in Virginia or willing to obtain Virginia licensure.

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management sessions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for mood, anxiety, psychotic disorders, ADHD, etc.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and social workers.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in the EMR system.

Conoscenze
