Thriveworks in Florida is seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist to provide direct patient care with leadership and clinical oversight opportunities. This role combines hands-on psychiatric care with collaboration across a multidisciplinary team in a flexible, telemedicine-enabled setting.

You will conduct evaluations, manage medications, develop treatment plans, and document thoroughly in the EMR. FL license or willingness to obtain, ABPN certification, and strong communication are required.

Competenze

• Medical degree (MD/DO) with psychiatry residency
• Board certification in Psychiatry (ABPN)
• Active/unrestricted license in multiple states or willing to obtain
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and mentorship skills

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management sessions
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for mood, anxiety, psychotic disorders, ADHD, etc.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and social workers
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation within the EMR
