Thriveworks, a nationwide mental health provider, seeks a board-certified psychiatrist in Virginia to deliver direct psychiatric care with leadership opportunities. The role blends hands-on patient care, clinical guidance, and teamwork with a multidisciplinary group.

Experience in telepsychiatry and outpatient settings is preferred. The position supports flexible scheduling and remote work options, with comprehensive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Competenze

• MD/DO degree with Psychiatry residency
• ABPN board certification is required
• Active and unrestricted medical license; multi-state licensure preferred

Mansioni

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management sessions.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based psychiatric care for mood, anxiety, psychotic disorders, ADHD, and related conditions.
• Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and social workers.
• Maintain up-to-date clinical documentation in the EMR.
